The hotel was located just off Kanpur. The staff was amiable during our whole stay. The food was AMAZING, with a great selection of options. The location was marvellous and good there, in the middle of jackson. We thoroughly enjoyed to have lunch at Gyan Vaishnav, found it not too far away from the property.

Decent base for traveling to Bhairaun Ghat and exploring local places. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Amiable and good employees with nice manners. Location is a short walk to Kanpur.

Although the stay was not as per my expectations, it's not all that bad. the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the toiletries provided were of decent quality. the hotel's strategic location was a plus point as it was conveniently close to the market. the bed was comfortable. Dislikes: My Christmas stay was disappointing. the first thing that was off-putting was the cleanliness. the room was not properly cleaned, and the maintenance was negligent. To add to that, the hotel management was not up to the mark. My payment was made in advance online, but they demanded full payment in cash. they shifted me to another property, which was of inferior quality compared to the one I had booked. It was a waste of my time and money.
